Overview
A monorepo-based platform connecting smallholder farmers with urban buyers through an optimised logistics network. The project spans a marketing website, a mobile app for farmers and drivers, an admin dashboard, and a backend API — all managed in a single Turborepo workspace.
Architecture
The monorepo uses Turborepo for build orchestration across five applications: an Astro marketing site, a React Native/Expo mobile app, a Next.js admin dashboard, a Next.js buyer-facing web app, and a FastAPI backend. Shared packages include a UI component library, form validation schemas (Zod), and an auto-generated API client.
Infrastructure is managed with Terraform, supporting both local Docker Compose development and cloud deployment. Payment processing integrates Razorpay for Indian market transactions.
